We got a great response to the retreat. We appreciate the feed back.

Its Monday morning and everyone at the office is asking "How was the retreat?"....the funny thing is....I cannot find one sentence to describe the retreat or the memories that are now tattooed on my soul. Therefore, I decided that I will merely smile and say...it was nice.

I have to admit....they seem a little let down by my response. However, my plan is the following. I will not tell them how impressed I was. I will not tell them about each and every exercise. I will not mention the instantaneous friendships that were made. I will not describe the warm sun and warm conversation we had on the grass. I will not tell them about all the incredible knowledge that was given to us.

No, I will not tell them of any of these. I will, however,SHOW them how awesome of an event it was by way of my actions. They will SEE how great of a retreat it was when i apply the practices here at the office and in my life. I will not give them just a pretty sentence that I made up that would never do the retreat any justice in the first place. Actions speak louder than words.

All,I did not have a chance to say goodbye to many of you at the conclusion of our GREAT retreat. Therefore, I decided to drop you all an email and say "Adios," now.

I want to thank everyone who made this retreat very special to me. I drove off today thinking what a great time I had and how truely blessed I am to have surrounded myself with such great people. I would also like to thank those who planned and organized our retreat. I know it is not easy planning and organizing such a well orchestrated event. A lot of time, commitment, and sweat had to be put into making this retreat such a huge success.Again, thank you and if this retreat is any indication of what I have to expect from this group of individuals, then I am more excited now than I was when I first submitted my application.
